Who we are and how to reach us

Apex Artist operates the creative studio at apexartist.space. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse, sign in, upload references, generate content or contact us. For privacy questions and requests, email support@apexartist.space.

Information we handle

  • Account information: Google sign-in provides your email, account identifier and basic profile information, such as your name and profile picture, through our authentication provider, Supabase. We use this to identify and secure your account. Google sign-in does not give this studio access to your Gmail messages, Drive files or contacts.
  • Creative activity: prompts, model and output settings, generation identifiers, status, error information, output links and creation times. We also keep your Credits balance and transaction history to manage generation charges and returns.
  • Terms acceptance: your account ID, accepted Terms version and document fingerprint, acceptance time, method and Privacy Policy version acknowledged. We keep one record per accepted version as evidence of your agreement; this does not record consent to optional marketing.
  • Reference files: images, video and audio you choose to attach, plus file type, size, duration and temporary upload information needed to validate inputs and calculate costs.
  • Support messages: the contact details and information you send us, including attachments you choose to include. Our domain email addresses forward through Cloudflare to a Gmail inbox, so those providers also process your messages.
  • Technical information: our hosting, authentication and generation providers may process IP addresses, browser information and service logs to deliver, secure and troubleshoot their services.

How we use information

We use information to sign you in, provide generation features, show your private creation history, calculate and manage Credits, resolve support requests, prevent abuse and comply with applicable obligations. Authorized operators may access relevant account and generation records for support, safety and accounting.

We do not sell your Google account information or use it to target advertisements. We do not use Google sign-in information to train generative models.

References, generation and other services

When generation is enabled, your prompt, settings and selected references are sent to the generation provider. Image, Video and Avatar use Runware, including models made available through its API. Image reference photos stay in the tab until submitted, then pass through our server in memory; their bytes are not stored in Image history or saved drafts. Video and Avatar reference images also pass through our server without resizing. Runware stores separately uploaded references until removed; unused or interrupted uploads may require support cleanup. We request removal of those attached references after confirmed terminal generations. Earlier Runway creations may still use Runway for status and output access. Apex Artist does not maintain a media archive of these uploaded files.

Supabase handles authentication and account records; Cloudflare provides website hosting and may provide aggregate traffic and performance measurements. Google provides sign-in; website fonts are served with the site. These services may process information outside your country. Provider retention and processing are governed by their applicable terms and privacy policies; a temporary upload or expired link does not by itself guarantee deletion from a provider's systems.

Read the privacy policies for Runware, Runway (earlier creations), Supabase, Cloudflare and Google. Earlier creations may have been processed by a previous generation provider.

Your creation history is associated with your account and is not automatically published to a public gallery. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud, abuse or security incidents.

Cookies and drafts saved on your device

Authentication uses cookies to keep you signed in. The Video studio saves a draft prompt and output settings in your browser's local storage so you can resume on that device. Drafts do not contain reference files or uploaded media links. Clear the draft using the studio's Clear draft control or clear this site's browser data. Signing out alone does not clear the device-saved draft; take care on shared devices.

Retention and security

Account, generation and Credits records are retained while needed to operate your account, resolve requests, maintain accurate accounting and meet applicable obligations. Temporary provider upload and output links can expire. Download completed media if you want to keep a copy; the studio is not permanent media storage.

We use authenticated access and account-level restrictions for private records. No service can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid uploading sensitive personal information you do not need for your creation.

Your choices and privacy requests

Email support@apexartist.space to request access, correction, export or deletion of your account information, or to raise a privacy concern. Where applicable, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing and complain to your local privacy authority. We may verify your identity before acting on a request. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or accounting purposes, and provider-held data is subject to the provider's own retention obligations.

You can stop using the studio, sign out and revoke the Google connection in your Google account settings. Revoking sign-in access does not automatically delete records already held by Apex Artist. Include the email associated with your account when contacting us; never send your password.

Children and changes to this policy

The studio is not directed at children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information without appropriate authorization, contact support so we can review it. We update this page when our data handling changes and revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate.

For the rules governing use of the studio, read our Terms of Service.
